Envato is hiring a CRM Lifecycle Manager to lead customer engagement and retention initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy for our customer lifecycle communications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM lifecycle strategy
- Design, build, and optimize automated email and in-app messaging campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify key lifecycle stages and opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align on goals and messaging
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key engagement and retention metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Ability to translate business goals into effective customer communication plans
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Australia or New Zealand.
