Hims & Hers is looking for a CRM Campaign Contractor to provide temporary backfill support executing CRM initiatives. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution within the Lifecycle Marketing team at a company whose mission is to help the world feel great through the power of better health.
What You'll Do
- Own the execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely deployment.
- Coordinate with copy and creative teams to align on campaign assets.
- Pull and segment audiences for lifecycle campaigns using defined logic.
- Set up and QA emails using the Dyspatch email template tool.
- Schedule, deploy, and monitor sends for performance and deliverability.
- Conduct post-send reporting and highlight learnings or issues.
- Maintain flawless QA and campaign accuracy across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure alignment on campaign priorities and timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle management, including email, in-app, push, and SMS.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
- Proficiency in campaign QA and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing needs.
Nice to Have
- Subscription experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and segmentation tools (recent Braze experience a plus).
- Experience with dynamic email tools like Dyspatch.
