ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage automation workflows for a U.S.-based client using HubSpot. You'll be responsible for building advanced automations, optimizing CRM processes, integrating systems, and ensuring data integrity while working EST hours.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and optimize HubSpot automations and workflows, from simple to advanced.
- Set up and manage integrations with other systems via APIs or third-party tools.
- Customize HubSpot pipelines, forms, and reporting dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
- Train internal teams on using HubSpot efficiently.
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and recommend improvements.
- Partner with leadership to align automation strategy with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and automation workflows.
- Proven track record building complex automations beyond simple workflows.
- Experience with API integrations and connecting HubSpot to external platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create and interpret CRM reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with other CRMs or marketing automation tools.
