LearnWorlds is hiring a CRM Administrator to own and evolve our HubSpot CRM instance, serving marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will enable go-to-market efficiency by aligning systems with business goals, improving lead management, campaign execution, and reporting accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Manage platform settings and maintenance, including users, roles, permissions, properties, and general optimization.
- Build and maintain marketing workflows, automated nurtures, email campaigns, dynamic content, A/B tests, and campaign tracking.
- Ensure proper UTM tagging, attribution, segmentation, lead routing, and lifecycle updates; support Demand Gen in campaign preparation and QA.
- Support Sales Hub setup: pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring, sequences, task queues, and outbound systems.
- Assist the RevOps Manager in data hygiene, process documentation, dashboard creation, funnel monitoring, and operational analytics.
- Own and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations across the GTM stack, ensuring reliable data syncing and automation.
- Train and onboard users on HubSpot and implemented systems.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing and/or Sales Hub) or a similar CRM.
- Strong technical skills in campaign execution, including workflows, sequences, emails, A/B tests, and dynamic content.
- Good understanding of lead lifecycle, B2B funnels, segmentation, data hygiene, and property management.
- Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analyze campaign performance.
- Knowledge of GDPR and CRM data best practices for security and privacy.
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable working with go-to-market teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub.
- Exposure to RevOps workflows or SaaS/PLG environments.
- Familiarity with integrations and enrichment tooling like Segment, Zapier, or ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, Python, or JavaScript for email building or systems integrations.
- Understanding of RevOps systems including implementation plans, monitoring, and scaling.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Europe. While fully remote work is available, occasional in-person team meetings are required a few times per year.
