HealthHero is looking for a Critical Incident Responder in the Republic of Ireland to provide vital onsite and remote support to corporate customers. This is an affiliate role designed to fit alongside your existing private practice or work commitments, offering flexibility and diverse professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide onsite and/or remote critical incident support for corporate clients and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Manage your own caseload of contracted counselling sessions
- Deliver face-to-face counselling as a core part of the critical incident response
What We're Looking For
- Registration as a Counsellor with a recognised body: IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, PSI, or equivalent
- Training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
- A recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling at a minimum of Level 4
- A minimum of 450 supervised client hours post-qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing your own caseload
- Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft applications and electronic clinical record systems
