The Credit Services Representative will strengthen credit and reconciliation processes in Türkiye at Medtronic, contributing to efficient financial operations that support the company's mission. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Credit, Commercial, Posting, and Customer Service teams, with regular interaction with internal stakeholders and customers.
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in the internal Reconciliation Project and ensure accurate progress of all related processes
- Support the daily operations of the Credit Department and manage required documentation
- Monitor customer credit risk and perform related risk assessments
- Follow up on collection activities and take required actions for overdue accounts
- Work closely with the SAP posting team to coordinate necessary transaction entries
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment plans, balances, and disputed accounts
- Collaborate with commercial teams and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of credit and collection processes
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in credit management, collections, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and account reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Native-level Turkish and strong proficiency in English are required
