Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, and maintain positive client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of outstanding issues.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and collection efforts.
- Escalate problematic accounts as necessary per company policy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in credit control, collections, or a similar finance role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
