Velocity Black by Capital One is looking for a Concierge Specialist (Itinerary Sales) for our West Coast region. In this role, you will create tailor-made itineraries for high net worth individuals, taking ownership of the entire trip booking experience from initial request to post-trip feedback. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and providing comprehensive travel documentation.
What You'll Do
- Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including all accommodation, transportation, experiences, and trip concierge.
- Take ownership of all aspects of the member’s trip booking experience from initial request to feedback upon return.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate travel documentation.
- Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating itineraries at a Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Travel Concierge.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of experience in customer service.
- 3+ years of experience in sales.
- 3+ years of experience working in the travel industry.
- 1+ years of experience working with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and various travel suppliers.
- 1+ years of experience working with high net worth individuals.

Benefits & Compensation

- Performance based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long term incentives).
- Salary: $78,400 - $89,500 (Remote or Richmond, VA).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located on the West Coast.
