Banner Bank is hiring a Credit Analyst to join our team. This role involves detailed financial analysis to support lending decisions and manage credit risk within our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Analyze credit applications, financial statements, and related documentation to assess risk.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and presentations with recommendations for approval or denial.
- Monitor existing credit relationships and portfolio performance.
- Ensure all credit decisions and documentation comply with bank policies and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience analyzing financial statements and credit risk.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and commercial lending.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
