This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and completeness of provider information essential for network participation and regulatory compliance. You will play a key part in preparing and verifying documentation before committee evaluation, ensuring all required data is current and properly submitted.
What You'll Do
- Verify provider information for accuracy and completeness prior to committee review
- Conduct regular audits to monitor credentialing data used for network, regulatory, and internal reporting purposes
- Confirm that all necessary documentation is collected and up to date when decisions are made
- Support the timely onboarding of approved providers into the network
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 9 months of experience in credentialing, provider services, or customer service
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and business databases
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with NCQA, MCO, or CVO standards and processes
- Experience using RNPS, PIP, or comparable provider data systems
Work Environment
This is an onsite position located in Richardson, TX. The role requires consistent use of PC-based tools including Microsoft Office applications and internal business databases. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
