Join a team deeply embedded in creator culture, where your work directly fuels brand momentum through authentic influencer partnerships. You'll identify and collaborate with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, aligning their voices with product storytelling that resonates with real audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end creator outreach, from discovery to onboarding, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience interests
- Manage incoming requests across platforms and maintain a structured pipeline across micro, mid-tier, and larger creators
- Coordinate global product sampling programs, including inventory tracking, shipping logistics, and fulfillment timelines
- Support campaign execution for both paid and organic initiatives, aligning deliverables with marketing goals
- Monitor creator performance using engagement, reach, and conversion data to inform future strategies
- Track affiliate codes and campaign metrics to measure impact on sales and brand visibility
- Help grow and moderate a dedicated TikTok Creator Discord community, fostering connection and feedback
- Support event-based activations by coordinating creator participation, invitations, and on-site logistics
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-through across all stages of the creator lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator relations
- Hands-on familiarity with TikTok’s creator landscape and social commerce trends
- Proven ability to manage product seeding programs and influencer gifting workflows
- Strong organizational skills with experience juggling multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Comfort engaging directly with creators and building trust over time
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance tracking tools
