Careers at Eucalyptus is looking for a Creative Writer to be a key voice in bringing Juniper's stories to life. Your mission is to write compelling, high-quality copy that works at every stage of the funnel—from the first ad to the final conversion—ensuring our messaging is seamless, authentic, and effective across the entire customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Write copy for ads (social, display, search), landing pages, email, SMS, web, and every other touchpoint.
• Work with the Senior Copywriter to develop campaign narratives and creative concepts.
• Take briefs from the Brand Strategy Lead and Senior Copywriter, turning strategic direction into effective copy.
• Adapt your writing to suit the channel, audience mindset, and where they are in the funnel.
• Work closely with the Performance team to understand what's working and use data to refine copy.
• Ensure all writing feels authentically Juniper—empathetic, credible, and supportive.
• Translate product benefits, clinical information, and brand positioning into accessible, compelling copy.
• Deliver high volumes of copy across multiple campaigns and channels while maintaining quality.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years writing copy for performance marketing, brand campaigns, or in-house creative teams.
• Experience writing across digital channels and understanding how copy adapts for different formats and funnel stages.
• Comfortable working with performance data and A/B testing.
• Ability to adopt and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Detail-oriented with a strong care for craft.
• Can quickly understand complex product benefits, clinical information, and brand strategy.
• Empathetic and culturally aware writing.
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about women's health and the company's mission.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with designers, strategists, performance marketers, the Senior Copywriter, and the Brand Strategy Lead.
