BM Digital is hiring a Creative Strategist to manage the entire video production and iteration process for our portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for crafting compelling stories through short-form video ads, analyzing performance data, and tailoring content for different audiences across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
What You'll Do
- Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy.
- Analyze performance data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools and resources.
- Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and the Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos.
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns.
- Ensure visuals match the creative strategy outlined for each ad.
- Give feedback aligned to the creative strategy of the ad.
- Execute on feedback given by the Creative Strategy Lead.
- Analyze the results of creative tests and utilize this analysis to iterate.
- With oversight from the Creative Strategy Lead, manage weekly strategic account planning.
- Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis.
- Identify effective concepts and trends in the social media ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Paid social or Direct Response experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat.
- Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.

Team & Environment
You will join a team of 70+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives. You will work alongside content creators and video editors, collaborating closely with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy Lead, to whom you will report.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $45K-$95K USD annually depending on experience.
