Paired is hiring a Creative Strategist to join our team supporting a USA-based DTC ecommerce client. In this role, you will be central to driving paid advertising performance through high-converting ad concepts and data-driven iterations. What You'll Do
- Generate multiple creative angles and concepts weekly based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Write scripts for various ad formats including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and short-form video content.
- Review campaign performance feedback from the media buyer and use data to inform next creative iterations.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to the design/video team to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor competitor ads, viral trends, and platform best practices across Meta and Instagram.
- Work in weekly cycles with the media buyer and creative team to test, learn, and scale winning concepts.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of DTC ecommerce.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology.
- Understanding of what makes ads stop the scroll and drive purchases.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with a designer/video editor and a media buyer in a fast-paced feedback loop.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates based in LATAM, working with a global team.
