Paired is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing, data-driven ad creatives for our client's direct-to-consumer brand. You will join a team focused on measurable growth, translating insights into scalable concepts for the beauty and skincare market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the creative strategy for paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other DTC channels
- Research and identify winning creative angles based on customer pain points, product benefits, trends, and competitive analysis
- Translate performance data into actionable creative insights and testing hypotheses
- Create clear creative briefs, hooks, messaging frameworks, and UGC concepts for designers, editors, and creators
- Collaborate closely with Media Buyers to align creative strategy with campaign objectives, funnels, and scaling efforts
- Monitor creative performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and retention to optimize concepts
- Stay on top of beauty, skincare, and UGC trends across social platforms to continuously refresh creative angles
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing roadmap covering iterations, variations, formats, and messaging themes
- Ensure brand voice, compliance, and product claims are aligned with industry standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or similar role in a DTC environment
- Proven experience in the beauty and/or skincare industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and full-funnel creative strategy
- Hands-on experience working with paid social channels, especially Meta and TikTok
- Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into creative direction
- Experience working with UGC-style content, creator briefs, and short-form video ads
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
