Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets. You'll be hands-on in creating materials for emails, websites, and social media while overseeing the production workflow and managing a team within our passionate, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
- Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills or experience in data analysis to interpret campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize creative strategies.
- Creative skills with the ability to produce and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes; knowledge of photo and video editing software is essential.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social media posts, email content, blogs, and articles.
- Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets for collaborative work and data management.
- Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.

- A passion for history and education is highly desirable.
- Interest in history is a plus, as it can provide valuable insights for crafting compelling content and engaging with the audience in a meaningful way.
