CVS Health is hiring a Creative Producer, Marketing Content

Greenview Tornow Berlin is hiring a Creative Producer for Marketing Content to support the MHW Marketing Creative Team in delivering progressive outdoor marketing creative each season. You will be the main point of contact for external creative partners, managing contracts, timelines, budgets, shoots, and final asset delivery across all channels.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with on-brand external creative partners.
• Assist in assembling external project teams aligned with budget and creative vision.
• Manage content creation budgets and cost negotiations with creative partners.
• Design and drive project timelines from production to post-production and final asset delivery.
• Order, receive, and manage seasonal apparel and equipment samples.
• Assemble, pack, and deliver product kits for shoots, tracking all items.
• Anticipate shoot needs and challenges with prepared solutions.
• Stay informed on seasonal marketing initiatives and budget priorities.
• Attend on-location shoots to manage product, people, and support crews outdoors.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with internal partners, external teams, and post-production staff.
• Ensure all final images and video are sized, formatted, named, placed, and tracked accurately.
• Utilize the Columbia server structure and Content Hub for image hosting and archiving.
• Perform basic functions within Figma to collaborate with and provide assets to the creative team.
• Support the seasonal creation of PDP website photography.
• Contribute to creating images of products and people as directed.
• Prepare sets for shoots and ensure all equipment is available and functional.
• Adhere to all departmental guidelines and standard operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent appropriate experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience and proficiency with producer software tools and systems.
• A high level of project ownership, accountability for assets, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and anticipatory, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High proficiency with Outlook, Asana, Content Hub, Milanote, Excel, and financial tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for seamless work with remote teams.
• Ability to lift ~50lbs.
• Passion for, knowledge of, and comfort in outdoor pursuits like hiking, trail running, climbing, snowboarding, and skiing.
• Extreme organization and clear, kind, strong communication skills.
• Success in directly interacting and building relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Nice to Have

• Agency experience.
• Basic Figma experience.
• Fluency and ability to assist in setting and adjusting lighting.

Team & Environment

You will support the MHW Marketing Creative Team and work closely with the MHW Brand Creative Director.
