Careers at Eucalyptus is hiring a Creative Lead - Writer to be the voice and storyteller of Juniper. Your mission is to craft narratives that bring our brand to life, translating complex USPs into compelling, easy-to-understand stories that resonate with women and elevate brand perception. You will lead the creative vision, own copy quality, and ensure all creative work feels premium and purposeful.

What You'll Do

Own copy standards across all channels: social, OOH, TVC, email, web.
Build quality systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output without being a bottleneck.
Craft the core narratives needed to make product USPs and clinical insights come alive.
Translate product benefits and brand strategy into human, relatable, and credible stories.
Drive creative innovation by bringing new angles, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Lead brand voice and messaging, ensuring all copy feels authentically Juniper.
Lead creative direction in partnership with the Associate Creative Director - Art.
Coach, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-weight copywriters.
Champion brand perception through empathetic, clear, and authentic word choices.
Balance speed with craft, delivering high volumes without compromising quality.
Set the creative culture by modeling high standards, energy, and rigour.

What We're Looking For

7+ years in copywriting roles with experience operating at a creative director level.
Proven track record of translating complex ideas into compelling stories across digital, social, OOH, and TVC.
Natural storyteller who can make the complex feel simple and the technical feel emotional.
Systems thinker who knows how to build quality into processes at scale.
Creatively curious and innovative, bringing fresh angles and adapting cultural moments.
Obsessed with quality and the craft of copywriting.
Natural coach and mentor who enjoys developing talent.
True creative partner who thrives working as part of a creative director duo.
