The Creative Director will serve as both the strategic architect and hands-on builder of Huckleberry’s brand expression, translating brand strategy into a cohesive visual identity and narrative. What You'll Do
- Translate brand strategy into a cohesive visual identity and narrative
- Define how Huckleberry looks, speaks, and feels
- Ensure creative output is both aesthetically world-class and engineered to perform
- Partner closely with the Marketing team
- Turn creative briefs and positioning into high-converting creative campaigns and growth assets
- Build deep trust with parents through effective creative storytelling
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role
- Ability to serve as both strategic architect and hands-on builder of brand expression
- Experience bridging business objectives (growth, conversion, retention) with storytelling
- Strong portfolio demonstrating world-class design and brand development
- Experience working with marketing teams to execute high-converting creative campaigns
- Understanding that great design serves a business purpose
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products
- Background in parenting, family wellness, or health technology
- Familiarity with data science, AI, and behavioral science in product development
- Experience working with AI-driven or data-informed creative strategies
