About the Role

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for managing clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, and maintaining data integrity. This position supports the successful delivery of studies within established timelines and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initiation, routine, and close-out visits to clinical trial sites
  • Verify accurate and timely completion of case report forms
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Support site selection and qualification activities
  • Assist in the development of monitoring plans
  • Review source documentation for consistency with reported data
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Liaise with site personnel to address operational issues
  • Submit visit reports within defined timelines
  • Track and manage essential regulatory documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study milestones
  • Escalate critical issues to project leads
  • Maintain up-to-date monitoring records
  • Participate in investigator meetings and training sessions
  • Support audit readiness at clinical sites
  • Ensure informed consent processes meet ethical standards
  • Monitor patient recruitment and retention strategies
  • Verify proper handling and accountability of investigational products
  • Coordinate with central laboratories and vendors
  • Contribute to study documentation updates
  • Support risk-based monitoring approaches
  • Promote patient safety through protocol adherence
  • Assist in database query resolution
  • Ensure protocol deviations are documented and reported
  • Uphold data confidentiality and integrity standards
