20four7VA is hiring a part-time CPT-9603 Appointment Setter to support a real estate team. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads and scheduling their initial consultations, ensuring potential clients are nurtured effectively.
What You'll Do
- Contact and follow up with inbound real estate leads (no cold calls)
- Schedule initial appointments between leads and sales team members using Calendly or similar tools
- Manage leads and update records in the Total Expert CRM
- Track follow-ups to increase lead-to-appointment conversion rates
- Communicate professionally with potential clients, including Spanish-speaking clients
- Provide daily updates and notes on lead activity
What We're Looking For
- Experience in appointment setting, lead management, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold engaging conversations
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Comfort with scheduling platforms like Calendly
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- A reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
