About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing HubSpot CRM functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting automation processes to improve client efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within the HubSpot CRM platform
- Configure and maintain workflows and automation sequences
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular database audits
- Support onboarding of new team members to CRM tools
- Generate performance reports using CRM data
- Implement updates and changes to CRM structure
- Assist in integration of HubSpot with other software platforms
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Respond to user inquiries regarding CRM functionality
- Maintain documentation for CRM processes and procedures
- Assist in lead lifecycle management and tracking
- Support email campaign setup and tracking within HubSpot
- Perform user access management and role assignments
- Conduct regular data cleanup and deduplication tasks
- Collaborate with team leads to align CRM use with business goals
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Assist in training development for CRM features
- Track and report on user adoption metrics
- Support migration of legacy data into HubSpot
- Maintain compliance with data handling policies
- Assist in testing new CRM features before rollout
- Provide feedback on platform usability
- Coordinate with external vendors when integrations are involved
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certification in any track
- Experience with other CRM platforms
- Background in technical support roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Zoho
- Knowledge of JavaScript or scripting languages
- Experience in client-facing technical roles
- Prior work in virtual assistant capacity
- Exposure to marketing automation best practices
- Understanding of GDPR or data privacy rules
- Previous remote work in tech support
