20four7VA is hiring a Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support our client, a growing commercial construction company. This long-term, full-time remote role balances outbound sales and appointment setting with project and administrative support, requiring a confident communicator who is detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
What You’ll Do
- Make 25–35 meaningful outbound calls daily to prospective commercial clients to introduce services and communicate value.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers and schedule meetings for leadership.
- Conduct conference-related outreach and pre-qualify attendee lists.
- Log all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in HubSpot CRM and send personalized emails.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Collaborate with marketing to support outreach aligned with active campaigns.
- Follow up on email campaigns with calls and customized emails to warm leads.
- Assist with contact list organization, campaign tracking, and lead nurturing.
- Support the Project Coordinator with administrative tasks and organize digital documentation.
- Collect and organize receipts for accounting and support expense tracking.
- Provide general operational and administrative assistance.
- Maintain strong internal communication and responsiveness during U.S. business hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST).
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years in outbound sales, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.
- Proven ability to hold conversations with executives and decision-makers.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Clear, confident, professional English communication (Level A–B accent required).
- Proven full-time remote work experience.
- Excellent time management and self-discipline.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with Contractor Foreman or CompanyCam.
- Experience supporting marketing email campaigns.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite
