Oxford Government Consulting is seeking a CPIC Analyst with expertise in the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework. In this role, you will support Federal CIO organizations in implementing IT cost transparency, portfolio analytics, and governance using the Apptio platform.

What You'll Do

Support CPIC Select, Control, Evaluate, and investment management activities.
Lead Technology Business Management (TBM) implementations using Apptio.
Assist with IT cost transparency initiatives and develop cost allocation models.
Map financial and operational data to the TBM taxonomy.
Support Apptio data ingestion and cost modeling processes.
Provide IT investment portfolio analysis, reporting, and Investment Review Board support.
Support CPIC Select, Control, and Evaluate lifecycle processes.
Support OMB Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 development and reporting.

What We're Looking For

U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience supporting Federal IT portfolio management, IT financial management, or CIO governance.
Hands-on experience with Apptio, the TBM framework, IT financial modeling, and cost transparency initiatives.
Experience with federal IT financial management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

Preferred experience supporting the following Federal agencies: VA, DOT, Treasury.
Preferred certifications: TBM Executive Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
