SupportYourApp is hiring a (Native Norwegian) Customer Support Consultant (Future Openings, remotely)

About the Role

Join a global support team as a Customer Support Consultant, working remotely with international tech clients. If you're a native Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills and a background in customer service, this role offers the chance to support diverse users while growing professionally in a flexible environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clear, effective support through calls, live chat, and email in both Norwegian and English
  • Develop trusted relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering reliable solutions
  • Stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and support methodologies
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly, following strict data security standards
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products to meet performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent native-level Norwegian with professional English at B2 or higher
  • At least six months of experience in customer or technical support
  • Proven ability using CRM platforms for case tracking and customer management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A responsible, proactive attitude with commitment to quality service
  • Reliable personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in technical or software support environments
