What You’ll Do
- Provide clear, effective support through calls, live chat, and email in both Norwegian and English
- Develop trusted relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering reliable solutions
- Stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and support methodologies
- Handle sensitive information responsibly, following strict data security standards
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products to meet performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent native-level Norwegian with professional English at B2 or higher
- At least six months of experience in customer or technical support
- Proven ability using CRM platforms for case tracking and customer management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A responsible, proactive attitude with commitment to quality service
- Reliable personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
