Up Education is hiring a Course Advisor to guide prospective students toward nationally recognised construction qualifications. In this role, you will convert warm leads into enrolled students by communicating the real-world value of becoming a builder, site supervisor, or trades leader, using Salesforce to manage your success.

What You'll Do

Convert warm, ready-to-enrol leads into active students—no cold calling required.
Understand each student's goals and match them to the right qualifications.
Communicate the value of a career in construction.
Handle enrolments and paperwork with accuracy and professionalism.
Use Salesforce to manage leads, track performance, and boost conversion.

What We're Looking For

Sales, contact centre, or enrolments experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Confident, curious and skilled at building rapport fast—especially over the phone.
Tech-savvy, organised, and enjoy working with systems like Salesforce.
Energy, resilience, and a focus on outcomes that matter.
Working with Childrens Check (employee) or willingness to obtain.

Nice to Have

Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management, marketing, or sales.

Compensation: AUD60,000 - AUD65,000 yearly.
Uncapped bonuses with a clear structure: Earn $2,350 per month once you hit 90% of target—with no ceiling to your earnings.
