The Coupa Change Lead at Denova Consulting will support change management activities for a Coupa implementation programme, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, and user readiness. This role acts as a bridge between business users and the project team to ensure successful adoption through UAT and go-live.
What You'll Do
- Support change management activities throughout the Coupa implementation
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments
- Prepare and coordinate business communications and change materials
- Support training activities, including materials, scheduling, and user readiness
- Act as a link between business users and the project team to gather feedback
- Support UAT and go‑live readiness from a change and adoption perspective
