The Flexi Group is hiring a Country Manager to lead the commercial success and operations of our Thailand market. You will manage 5 locations across two brands, holding full P&L responsibility and serving as the senior leader reporting to regional leadership and the Thailand Board.
What You'll Do
- Hold full P&L and budgeting responsibility and accountability for all locations in your market.
- Analyze and create action plans based on financial reports and data to drive the business.
- Prepare, update, and manage projections and internal cash flows with the Finance team.
- Deliver monthly presentations to Regional Senior Leadership and the Executive team on performance and growth plans.
- Deliver quarterly presentations to the Thailand Board of directors on performance and growth plans.
- Ensure aged receivables are followed up to minimize late payments.
- Ensure delivery of a personalized, high-quality experience to all members.
- Develop relationships with members, understand their needs, and create action plans to exceed expectations.
- Ensure every location delivers a consistent and well-maintained space for members.
- Drive community event organization and idea generation with the Community Team and marketing team.
- Attend and support internal and external events as a company ambassador.
- Work with the country Community Team and Sales lead to achieve and surpass annual budgets for occupancy and profitability.
- Develop strategies and promotions with country teams and marketing to drive sales and increase occupancy.
- Manage the sales funnel for double-digit monthly deal flow with the Sales lead.
- Accountable for ensuring all tours provided by the team are exemplary.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlord partners with the Commercial and Real Estate teams.
- Drive and lead the overall growth of the business in your country through further partnerships.
- Understand the commercial real estate market through research and relationships with top brokers.
- Set SMART personal and professional goals for your direct team via bi-annual performance reviews.
- Assist with training and coaching your team to achieve collective and individual growth.
- Drive recruitment needs across your market with the People team and assist with the interview and hiring process.
- Manage, inspire, support and guide your team to achieve their goals, holding regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Five-plus years of experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally within sales, commercial real estate or hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in managing multiple P&Ls and driving business performance, profitability and growth.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a team with multiple layers of leadership.
- Highly personable with strong verbal and written communication.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
- Thrives under pressure and is solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with working in Thailand is a clear advantage.
- A University Degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in coworking, hospitality or commercial real estate will be advantageous.
Team & Environment
You will lead location management teams across the country, working closely with the Community Team, Sales lead, Finance team, Commercial and Real Estate teams, People team, and Headquarters marketing and events team. You will report to Regional Senior Leadership, the Executive team, and the Thailand Board of directors.
