Who You Are As the International Country Lead for Canada, you'll be instrumental in expanding Justworks' international presence by supporting the operational and strategic development of our Canadian business. Your role involves strengthening our international capabilities and infrastructure to serve a broader employee base in Employer of Record markets. You'll excel in this position if you thrive in uncharted territories, possess strong decision-making skills, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and can effectively manage internal and external relationships with exceptional execution and process-oriented capabilities. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On: - Serve as internal Canada market owner, identifying opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies autonomously - Develop and implement localized country strategy aligned with global objectives - Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and ensure compliance - Provide market expertise to support sales enablement - Drive product localization efforts matching Canadian legal and cultural expectations - Monitor and report performance metrics to leadership - Foster entrepreneurial and accountability-driven culture - Build relationships with key Canadian partners and vendors - Stay current with country-specific trends and best practices How You Will Do Your Work: Foundational competencies include: - Process Orientation - Execution Focus - Problem-Solving Skills - Adaptability - Cross-Functional Collaboration Organizational values (COGIS): - Camaraderie - Openness - Grit - Integrity - Simplicity Qualifications: - 7-10+ years Canadian operations/expansion experience, preferably in B2B SaaS - Deep Canadian HR, payroll, and benefits knowledge - Strong project management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Legal process understanding - Canadian EOR product experience preferred - Contract negotiation capabilities Compensation is personalized based on individual qualifications, experience, and location specifics.
