HealthHero is looking for a fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team in Glasgow on a part-time basis. In this role, you will help simplify healthcare and improve lives by providing essential clinical support to clients.
What You'll Do
- Carry out initial clinical assessments and triage to determine appropriate clinical pathways.
- Deliver a range of support including Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support, and Booked Single Sessions via telephone or video calls.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and follow the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling.
- Write brief, accurate, and concise clinical notes for all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- A fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist.
Team & Environment
You will be integrated into the Support Line Team, which is part of the broader EAP Clinical Team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 based on full-time hours of 37.5 per week; part-time salary will be pro rata.
Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work model based in Glasgow.
