Join a forward-thinking HR Operations team as a Corporate Visa and Travel Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in enabling global employee mobility. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of visa processing—applications, renewals, and closures—across diverse legal systems, ensuring adherence to evolving immigration rules worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex visa cases across multiple countries, including non-standard and urgent requests
- Communicate directly with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to resolve inquiries and submit documentation
- Stay current on changes in immigration policies across key regions such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the Schengen Area
- Prepare, review, and maintain visa application packages and internal records to ensure compliance
- Support employees applying for visas outside their home countries with clear guidance and documentation
- Coordinate international business travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and insurance, using corporate booking platforms like Navan
- Respond to travel disruptions with timely rebooking and logistical adjustments
- Optimize travel spending while maintaining flexibility and efficiency
- Handle high-priority travel needs for executives and time-sensitive business trips
- Plan and execute group travel for company events, conferences, and cross-border meetings involving international teams
- Provide pre-travel advice and ongoing support to traveling employees
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in corporate immigration, visa processing, or international travel coordination
- Proven track record managing multi-jurisdictional visa cases and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with immigration systems in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Schengen, LATAM, and the Middle East
- Direct experience working with embassies and government visa offices
- Hands-on use of corporate travel platforms such as Navan
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-moving, global setting
- Professional English proficiency (B2 or higher); additional languages are an asset
