Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer with focus on power systems and modeling
- Strong background in transmission and distribution planning, and generation interconnection processes
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical system models
- Ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges
- Experience analyzing interdependent electrical and mechanical systems
- Track record of delivering comprehensive technical reports based on simulation outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct involvement in energy transition programs and sustainability-driven infrastructure projects
- Experience with load forecasting and long-term grid planning under variable demand conditions
- Understanding of how distributed energy resources, climate factors, and electrification trends affect grid stability and capacity
