Resource Innovations is hiring a Corporate Strategy Manager to enhance our dynamic team and contribute to ongoing corporate development initiatives. You will deliver tactical and analytical support throughout the complete deal lifecycle, from initial outreach to post-close integration, within our mission-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, management presentations, and diligence sessions with internal stakeholders and external targets.
- Prepare and maintain internal and external meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking deal pipeline activities and maintain pipeline tracking tools.
- Support preliminary company and market research, including LinkedIn and public data analysis.
- Assist in preparing initial bid models and valuation ranges.
- Gather and organize financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) from target companies.
- Support preparation of materials for leadership and board review.
- Act as the day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes.
- Track deliverables and Q&A across internal workstreams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations).
- Manage the virtual data room (VDR) and ensure information requests are logged, prioritized, and addressed.
- Consolidate diligence findings and updates into summary trackers and reports.
- Assist in developing and tracking post-close integration plans.
- Coordinate early integration workstream meetings and documentation handoffs.
- Support communication between the deal team and integration leaders to ensure continuity from diligence through implementation.

You will collaborate closely with the VP of Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders across finance, legal, operations, and delivery, reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development. We are a proudly women-led and purpose-built company dedicated to making an impact.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Preferred locations include Salt Lake City, Utah; Chicago, Illinois; San Francisco, California; and Boulder, Colorado.
