Bodily was looking for a Corporate Strategy Lead

Bodily is hiring a Corporate Strategy Lead to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO and executive team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, providing analytical rigor and cross-functional coordination to support high-stakes decisions across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain multi-tab operating models with dynamic drivers, scenario analysis, and sensitivity frameworks.
  • Own demand forecasting across Amazon, DTC, and wholesale channels.
  • Develop predictive frameworks that inform production planning, inventory positioning, SKU rationalization, and working capital optimization.
  • Run scenario planning that balances margin, cash flow, service levels, and operational constraints.
  • Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis across channels, products, and customer cohorts.
  • Build analytical frameworks that surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with leaders in marketing, supply chain, product, and finance to align on priorities.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive reviews.
  • Lead or support initiatives including new channel expansion, product portfolio strategy, operational efficiency programs, and partnership evaluation.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles that develop strong financial modeling and analytical rigor.
  • Experience building complex models, pressure-testing assumptions, and using quantitative analysis to drive real decisions.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including building driver-based operating models, integrated financial statements, sensitivity analyses, and scenario frameworks.
  • Analytical rigor and discipline to pressure-test assumptions and surface meaningful insights.
  • Strategic thinking with operational pragmatism to translate high-level strategy into detailed plans with financial implications.
  • Clear, compelling communication to distill complexity into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
  • Self-directed and organized to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Mission-aligned and motivated by building a company that materially improves women’s health outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in investment banking (M&A or coverage), private equity, growth equity, management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or FP&A / corporate strategy at a high-growth consumer or DTC company.

You will be part of a small, focused team within the Finance & Strategy group, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You will work with a CEO who spent a decade in institutional finance and has operating experience.
