Sleek was looking for a Corporate Secretary Executive - (Remote-Malaysia)

Sleek is looking for a Corporate Secretary Executive to join our team remotely in Malaysia. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional corporate services, handling a wide range of secretarial duties, and ensuring our clients' needs are met with precision and care.

What You'll Do

  • Incorporate new companies, including private limited and sole proprietorship entities.
  • Transfer corporate secretary appointments for existing companies.
  • Prepare and draft statutory documents such as AGM and EGM minutes, and Board Resolutions.
  • Maintain minute books and update company registers and records.
  • Monitor statutory deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
  • Facilitate company incorporations, annual returns, and other corporate changes for Hong Kong companies under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards to protect client interests.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align operations with Sleek's strategic goals.
  • Perform other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Customer Service, or Administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers, working within a collaborative structure to ensure seamless service delivery.
