Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture technical decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Communicate core technical differentiators and value propositions effectively.
- Use open-ended and probing questions to identify customer challenges and shape solution requirements.
- Manage Proof of Value engagements using defined success metrics to showcase platform benefits.
- Act as a technical liaison between key clients and product teams to convey requirements.
- Research and simulate cybersecurity threats to test platform resilience and functionality.
- Offer on-the-job training to internal teams on technical capabilities and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the main technical contact for clients, coordinating issue resolution with support teams.
