What You'll Do
Lead technical engagements throughout the pre-sales cycle, serving as the primary technical advisor for customers and sales teams across Mexico, Central America, and key South American markets. You'll guide discovery sessions, design tailored data security solutions, and manage proof-of-concept deployments to demonstrate real-world value.
Collaborate closely with sales specialists and account teams to build strategic account plans, identify technical differentiators, and position comprehensive People-Centric Security solutions. Your expertise in Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, and Data Security Posture Management will be central to addressing customer needs across email, cloud, web, and endpoint environments.
Present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from IT staff to executive stakeholders. You'll also contribute to internal knowledge sharing by developing training materials, mentoring peers, and providing feedback to product teams based on field experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related technical pre-sales role, preferably in data security or insider risk domains
- Proven understanding of cybersecurity trends, with hands-on knowledge of technologies such as DLP, CASB, DSPM, endpoint security, and insider threat solutions
- Demonstrated ability to map technical capabilities to business outcomes and communicate value effectively
- Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while maintaining focus on customer success
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience
