Your role transcends mere employment GENERAL DUTIES: Collaboration: - Offers strategic backing to executive teams in developing and managing revenue cycle reporting frameworks. Aids in operational scorecard interpretation, systematically distributing updated analytical insights. Reporting: - Systematically generates data and comprehensive reports as directed by revenue cycle leadership, including specialized ad hoc documentation. Provides nuanced analysis and strategic insights regarding generated data for leadership review. Support of Leadership: - Facilitates leadership team objectives through sophisticated data analysis to enhance current performance metrics. Promptly communicates significant variance from standard benchmarks. Develops specialized reports utilizing advanced tools including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Access, EPIC SlicerDicer, and EPIC Radar. Assistance: - Supports specialized revenue cycle operational projects as necessary. Actively engages in evaluating and developing business intelligence platforms, data warehousing solutions, and advanced reporting mechanisms. Metrics: - Meticulously compiles and maintains comprehensive cash, billing, and reimbursement metrics for daily operational assessments, identifying strategic trends and providing leadership insights. REMOTE QUALIFICATIONS: Must reside in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida or Georgia EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum: - High School Diploma and 2 years of Experience, or - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relatable field and 1 year of experience. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum: - High School Diploma - Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or relatable field. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: - Preferred: certification in EPIC Clarity, Caboodle, Alteryx, and Tableau SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Demonstrated capability to effectively collaborate across organizational levels in matrix environments. - Proven ability to learn and implement technical and regulatory guidelines - Demonstrated skill in training and guiding support personnel. - Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities.
