Cynet Health is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and endorsing candidates for internal positions across the United States and Canada. This full-cycle recruiting role emphasizes creative sourcing strategies and collaboration within a vibrant team.
What You'll Do
- Source and interview for open internal needs in the US and Canada.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and referral networks to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct pre-assessment calls to verify candidate qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
- Design creative sourcing methods beyond traditional channels to attract qualified applicants.
- Work to secure candidate referrals from both internal and external sources.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience supporting Corporate hiring for the US and Canada.
- A strong record of work ethics, discipline, and performance.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, creative sourcing, and targeted selection.
- Proficiency with boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Active presence on social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Highly organized with excellent work ethics.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- A great attitude with passion, drive, and a desire to succeed.
- A high-energy, competitive nature focused on results and personal accountability.
- A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
