Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing business processes across various SAP modules, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement plans using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies. Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system changes aligned with process improvements. Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and evaluate new SAP features for business value and feasibility. Maintain and refine internal business processes.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating requirements into SAP solutions. Lead workshops and interviews to gather requirements and build consensus. Develop training programs, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. Drive change management activities including communications, impact assessments, and adoption monitoring.
- Lead or contribute to SAP-related projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare business cases, project charters, and ROI analyses for proposed improvements. Coordinate user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and sign-off activities. Produce executive-level reporting on project status, KPIs, and post-implementation benefits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP process analysis and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews.
- Experience in developing training programs and process documentation.
- Strong project management skills with experience in SAP-related projects.
- Ability to prepare business cases, project charters, and ROI analyses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP or related field.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and add-ons.
- Knowledge of ABAP development and SAP Basis.
- Experience in change management and adoption monitoring.
- Familiarity with executive-level reporting and KPI tracking.
