Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent to final offer administration
- Sustain a steady flow of qualified applicants to support fast-paced hiring goals and business deadlines
- Collaborate closely with hiring leads to grasp team requirements, role expectations, and cultural fit
- Oversee candidate progression through the hiring system (Greenhouse), ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
- Design innovative sourcing methods using job platforms, employee referrals, and outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent
- Leverage metrics to assess recruitment performance, provide actionable feedback, and suggest enhancements
- Serve as a professional and enthusiastic representative of the organization during initial candidate interactions
