Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking organization as a Corporate Recruiter, where you'll play a central role in shaping talent strategies across key business functions. You will work directly with senior leadership to identify hiring needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and execute full-cycle recruitment for critical positions in operations, technical fields, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a dynamic portfolio of 8–15 active roles, adjusting approach based on role complexity and business impact.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce goals, and organizational priorities.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, talent databases, industry networks, and employee referrals.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified professionals for leadership, technical, and operational positions.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Deliver regular updates on candidate progress, pipeline strength, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a respectful and positive experience.
- Coordinate offer development with HR and leadership to secure top talent.
- Support onboarding integration to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
- Represent the employer brand through professional interactions across recruiting platforms and industry events.
- Track labor market shifts, talent availability, and competitor activity to refine sourcing strategies.
- Use data on time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and hire performance to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support talent acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background screening.
- Minimum of five years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on leadership, operations, and technical roles.
Technology & Tools
LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and talent databases are central to sourcing and engagement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $60,000 – $65,000, with bonus potential.
- Remote work available for candidates based in Arizona or Nevada.
