Responsibilities

- Organize and facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver a professional and respectful experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates about roles, interview timelines, and outcomes.
- Prepare and present formal job offers to chosen individuals.
- Oversee the offer acceptance process and coordinate onboarding efforts with relevant departments.
- Keep detailed and current records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate and deliver recruitment reports and performance metrics as needed.
- Represent and strengthen the employer brand and organizational values to attract high-quality candidates.
- Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and industry gatherings when necessary.
- Ensure all hiring practices adhere to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about evolving industry trends, recruitment innovations, and new technologies.
- Offer insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment workflows and tools.
- Achieve or surpass defined performance targets to secure required talent, satisfy hiring teams, and maintain high operational standards.
