Key Responsibilities

- Act as a named director when required, without operational or managerial duties.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
- No prior director experience required, though familiarity with corporate formalities is a plus.
- Ability to verify identity and provide necessary documentation for KYC and anti-fraud checks.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
The role offers a monthly stipend of £25, paid regularly for the duration of the appointment. This is a long-term, passive engagement after initial setup, with no expectation of daily involvement.
