Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution and robustness of the mobile banking application's core technical infrastructure
- Maintain a stable, high-performing mobile platform to empower product teams to deliver features efficiently and reliably
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements, eliminate obstacles, promote new tools and workflows through mentorship and training, uphold strong engineering practices, and balance rigor with team agility
