What You'll Do
- Review and enhance AI-generated outputs on corporate legal matters to ensure precision and practical relevance
- Evaluate responses for logical consistency, legal accuracy, and alignment with commercial realities
- Develop detailed, realistic legal scenarios based on actual practice
- Create variations of situations from different viewpoints—such as legal advisor, executive, board member, or regulator
- Spot weaknesses, inaccuracies, or flawed reasoning in AI-produced content
- Help align AI-generated material with established legal standards and market norms
Requirements
- Active senior-level experience in corporate law, whether in private practice, in-house, or as a consultant
- Proven background handling complex transactions, governance issues, and compliance challenges
- Eligibility to work in the EU or UK
- Ability to work independently and deliver structured, actionable feedback
- Availability for 8–20 hours weekly, with capacity to start soon
- Strong analytical skills with attention to legal detail and risk implications
