Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Corporate Counsel I to provide legal support and manage the day-to-day contracting needs for an assigned business unit. This role serves as the primary legal point of contact, offering guidance on contractual and regulatory issues while contributing to process improvements.

What You'll Do

Draft, negotiate, review, and approve various commercial contracts and amendments.
Provide counsel to business unit leadership on contractual and regulatory issues.
Research legal issues and stay current with case law and court opinions.
Assist senior legal counsel with transactional matters, template updates, and special projects.
Assist with risk management and litigation issues in coordination with outside counsel.
Respond to inquiries from Premier customers and business partners.
Contribute to improving contracting processes and developing agreement templates.
Conduct training sessions for business units on relevant legal matters.

What We're Looking For

5 or more years of work experience.
A Juris Doctorate (Required).

Nice to Have

Member of the North Carolina bar.
Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate law.
Ability to work independently and accurately under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
2-3 years of relevant legal experience.
A Bachelor's degree.
A Juris Doctor (JD).
An MBA is preferred.
Skills: Drafting and negotiating legal documents, Analytical reasoning, Organizational and time management skills.

Team & Environment

You will work under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel and collaborate with moderate direction across various business teams and senior management.

Compensation range: $113,000 - $188,000.
