The Corporate Benefits Consultant will advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits, specializing in Health and Wellbeing products such as Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Health Cash Plans, as well as Group Risk products including Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, and Critical Illness. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients through holistic consultancy and building long-term relationships. Collaboration within the immediate team and across the wider business is essential.
Responsibilities
- Advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits
- Specialize in Health and Wellbeing products (Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans, etc.)
- Specialize in Group Risk products (Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness)
- Manage and be responsible for a portfolio of clients with both Health and Group Risk schemes
- Retain and grow the client portfolio
- Provide holistic consultancy
- Develop and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with immediate team and wider business
Requirements
- Experience advising business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits
- Specialist knowledge in Health and Wellbeing products (e.g., Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans)
- Specialist knowledge in Group Risk products (e.g., Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness)
