CrowdStrike is hiring a Corporate Account Executive (Remote, ZAF)

About the Role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Corporate Account Executive to drive sales within our SMB segment. You will partner with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Channel Account Managers, and Marketing to demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity platform in the South African and SADC markets.

What You'll Do

  • Run a full sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Strategize with channel partners to drive net-new business.
  • Forecast and report updates to management using Clari.
  • Become an expert on CrowdStrike’s platform and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Stay educated on the competitive landscape to effectively sell the value of our solutions.
  • Modify work hours as needed for other time zones and undertake occasional travel for key accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience generating net new business for SaaS, Cloud, or Security solutions in South Africa and the SADC region.
  • 2+ years carrying a dedicated sales quota, responsible for the cycle from sourcing to closing.
  • Experience with a consultative sales process, selling broad, multi-module solutions to mid/enterprise organizations.
  • Confidence selling to C-level Executives and Security/IT Leadership.
  • Ability to execute a go-to-market strategy using SFDC, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, cold calling, and emailing.
  • Experience strategizing with Channel Partners like Value-Added-Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
  • A track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • A competitive yet collaborative team player.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual channels.
