About the Role

Camunda is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive our growth in North America. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle with mid-sized organizations (250-5,000 employees), helping them realize the potential of process orchestration to automate critical business processes.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and close—with prospects in the corporate segment.
  • Partner closely with marketing, partner teams, sales development, and customer success to create compelling customer journeys.
  • Help customers solve real business challenges using Camunda’s process orchestration platform, building strong relationships.
  • Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quota goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each prospect’s goals and mapping them to Camunda’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share learnings, improve processes, and strengthen our sales playbook.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • At least 1+ year closing deals in the $25k–$100k range.
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
  • Ability to clearly communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • A growth mindset, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling open source or developer-first software.
  • Familiarity with business process automation, orchestration, or enterprise software.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment with a global team.
  • Previous experience using MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
